Navitec Services. We’ve got your back.

We support civil, government and military aviation operators with maintenance coordination, parts supply, modernisation and training arrangements. We combine our facilities at Piotrków Trybunalski Airport (EPPT) with the experience of our team and the capabilities of certified partners in Poland and abroad.

Work requiring regulatory approvals is carried out with appropriately certified organisations, within their approved scope, procedures and agreed responsibilities. We define the scope, delivery location and documentation for each assignment.

Our application for a full Polish Ministry of the Interior and Administration (MSWiA) concession, covering the activities specified in the application, is in progress. We have initiated procedures towards obtaining our own PART approvals. In parallel, we continue to support customers in cooperation with certified partners.

HeliHub CEE

We are developing a regional aviation support hub combining maintenance and modernisation, training, parts logistics and AOG support. Our facilities at Piotrków Trybunalski Airport (EPPT) provide the starting point. Further stages focus on infrastructure, team development and industrial cooperation across Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.

Agile Service Buffer

Within HeliHub CEE, we are developing a reserve of maintenance and logistics capacity for urgent requirements, unplanned work and AOG situations. The model combines personnel, maintenance space and parts availability with coordinated partner support, aiming to reduce downtime while preserving scheduled maintenance capacity.

Navitec Weasel Works

Weasel Works is our developing special projects area for avionics upgrades, aircraft equipment and mission-system integration. We connect operator requirements, engineering and implementation with appropriately approved design and maintenance organisations. Scope, schedule and the approval pathway are agreed individually.
